Founded in January 2020 by Mr and Mrs Bowman, Stanwick Taekwon‑Do is dedicated to teaching the traditional Korean martial art of Taekwon‑Do, created by General Choi Hong Hi. 

Our school is a proud member of Global Taekwon‑Do United Kingdom (GTUK), an organisation recognised by the British Taekwon‑Do Council for its high standards and commitment to authentic practice.

At Stanwick Taekwon‑Do, students gain far more than technical martial arts skills. Training promotes confidence, discipline, respect, physical fitness, flexibility, and practical self‑defence abilities.
